Elisabeth began working in the real estate industry as an accountant and administrative professional. She became a licensed Realtor and proudly earned the Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Certification of Excellence while working as an accountant and practicing Realtor. Using the skills she built over her career in real estate, Elisabeth joined Woodyard Realty as the Marketing and Transaction Coordinator to assist you from start to finish through your transaction.
Sales and Marketing
Martha has been with Woodyard Realty Corp. since 1999 and as a licensed real estate agent she has participated in the listing and sale of thousands of apartment units. Her area of specialization with apartments is in the professional marketing and assisting in the sale of apartment offerings. Martha’s experience and success has won her recognition by the Memphis Area Association of Realtors Multi-Million Dollar Club and she has been involved in training for the Certified Commercial Investment Member “CCIM” designation.
Lea has specialized in multifamily sales since 2004 serving private and institutional clients. Her experience involves urban and suburban apartment properties across asset classes and includes community revitalization, new development, assisting lenders with REOs, and multifamily land sales. Lea earned the prestigious CCIM designation (2006), is a Co-Star Power Broker (2017, 2018) and repeat Pinnacle Award recipient. Professional memberships include the Urban Land Institute, the Board of Directors for the local Commercial Council, and serving as the inaugural Chairperson for the Young Brokers Association (MYBA). Lea earned her Master’s Degree from the University of Mainz in Germany.
